Who we are
We believe that the outdoors should be open to everyone. So we support those who would have faced barriers to taking part. So we run projects, educate young people and advocate for groups who deserve to be part of the outdoors.
We want to provide opportunity for people to participate in outdoor activities, who wouldn’t normally get the chance.
We want to suppport underrepresented individuals to develop the skills, experience and qualifications to become a professional in the outdoor industry.

Founder and Director After spending years climbing, biking and hiking, for work and play, Sophie wanted to do something about the lack of diversity she saw in the outdoors.
She’s passionate about enaging young people in outdoor sports and supporting underrepresented folks to develop their own skills towards working within the outdoor industry.
Founder and Directoroli Gibson
Oli spent his childhood hiking and paddling and believes that everyone should have a chance to have adventures.
His background in project management puts him in the perfect position to support projects run for our community.
